Vehicle was involved in a frontal collision. Upon impact, airbags did not deploy, resulting in minor injuries. Vehicle was totalled.

While merging over the vehicle steering wheel turned but the vehicle continued to go straight, hitting a curb causing consumer head to hit top rail of vehicle knocking him out. Vehicle continued to go shearing off a sign and then hit a telephone pole. No deployment of air bag resulted in head trauma. Nlm
