GERMAIN FORD, FORD dealership in Columbus, OH...did not change my oil whe I ordered it...put it off for 2 weeks...during the wtwo week car developed engine noise...GERMAIN denies that I ordered an oil change even though I have a witness..FORD had an engineer make a report and FORD canceled the new car warranty for lack of maintenance which was the dealership's fault for not changing the oil...Now the dealer says the car needs a new engine...a mechanic I hired says that is not true and all the car needs is a new clutch assembly...the dealership, GERMAIN...will not speak with me and has done everything to me including calling me a liar...and no one is doing anything about it...and FORD will not talk with me regarding the matter saying they will back up the dealership...AND PLEASE NOTE I PURCHASED 7 BRAND NEW FORD MUSTANGS IN THE PAST 8 MODEL YEARS...4 OF WHICH ARE COBRA MUSTANGS...never making a claim and never using warranty...NOW FORD will not help me solve my problem...

(1)_ GERMAIN FORD is totally a nasty company with a nasty GM who is a liar and a bully...I recommend for anyone never to purchase anythin from any GERMAIN Dealership...the owner of GERMAIN was called more than 17 times and written to more than 5 times and never once replied in any form...


for NEGLECT...FRAUD...MISREPRESENTATION...and telling me the car needs a new engine and trtying to charge me $6500 for a new engine when I have a mechanic who swears he can prove the car does not need an engine at all...IT IS AGAINST OHIO LAW FOR ANY REPAIR COMPANY TO TELL YOU THE CAR NEEDS REPAIRS THAT IT DOES NOT NEED.further FORD has cancelled the warranty which is 100% GERMAIN FORD's fault for not maintaining the car as I cannot sell the vehicle nor get even close to what it is our lawsuit will seek compensatory damages as well as Attorney fees...

the BIG THING...I recommend to all American citizens not to ever consider buying a FORD ever...they are nasty people who do not care about customers at all...they only care to sell cars regardless of what it may or may not mean to a customer or customer satisfaction...FORD simply backs up dealerships and couldn't care less about its customers...AVOID FORD MOTOR COMPANY AT ALL COST...I will make my story available to anyone interested at any time and supply all of the facts to fill in where this report has left off...FORD is not a necessary auto manufacturer for the American public...WE CAN DO SO MUCH BETTER...we can buy much better cars and get much better service from people who do indeed care about their customers which FORD simply does not...ask all of those people who lost loved ones in the FORD/FIRESTONE vehicles that over-turned...FORD DOES NOT CARE AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!

I will never rest until I get the word out to the American public...I have dealt with FORD directly and they are a disgusting group of nasty people who will say anything and even lie to avoid paying any thing and will fully avoid helping customers at any cost...NASTY AND ILLEGAL...these people need to be stopped...American deserve better and I will help get the message out there until people start to repond and boycott FORD and buy anything but FORDS...

FORD is not to be trusted and I believe sincerely should be put out of business. Not just because of my problem, of course, BUT because FORD has proven NOT TO CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS...EVEN THE SAFETY OR LOSS OF THEIR LIVES DOESN'T MATTER TO FORD. Our government had to fine FORD MILLIONS just because FORD did not sufficiently notify customers that its SUV's can roll over and actually kill people which has been done in ridiculously high numbers. Dramatically, I believe the relatives of those deceased should sue FORD and then further accuse them of murder which will translate into manslaughter of the highest degree. FORD is totally shameless...doesn't care at all about its responsibilities no matter what the outcome for customers. FORD is financially troubled and only clinging to its own business life and shows clear propensity for lying, disregard for life, and certainly displays a total lack of responsibility.

I believe a 100% BOYCOTTING OF FORD is in order from the auto purchasing public of the USA. We deserve better...and I further believe executives of FORD, especially William Clay Ford, Jr., should be held accountable personally for the losses and injuries of customers when you consider the lies he continuously tells in commercials. He is nothing but a figure head who does nothing for FORD but tries to use his name to convince people that Henry J. Ford's blood is involved in the company ...AND THIS IS CLEARLY NOT THE CASE. Henry J. Ford did great things for America but his company now is useless and should be brought down totally. I will do everything within my power to spread this message throughout our country and I urge that we all get together and spread the message of the truth about FORD... Your finances will suffer should you do any further business with FORD. They will lie and cheat at every opportunity. Further, they do not care whatsoever about your life...why the government only fined them is beyond me. I hold them accountable for the loss of lives of all of those people and it is clear that FORD does not care and must be stopped because FORD certainly cannot and will not police itself.

PS DOn't think that being a loyal customer matters to FORD because it does not. I purchased 7 brand new FORD Mustangs within 8 model years and FORD gave me the consumer screwing of my life that has caused me severe financial and emotional injury!!! I will do anything to help get FORD out of the automobile business for good!!!
