Ford sent me a recall notice telling me not to allow any passenger in the passenger seat until the airbag has been replaced. This is my work car as I am in real estate and the loss of the car would seriously affect my business. I have spoken to Ford locally and nationally and they say that they will not provide a loaner car as a result of this defect regardless of the effect on my business. Can you help to direct me to the right area to complain.

Takata recall as well as problems filling the gas tank. While stationary trying to pump gas in to the gas tank the gas pump will shut off after pumping no ore than 1/16 of a tank then requiring you to dribble gas in to the tank with the pump regularly shutting off every few seconds and never filling the tank with out the pump shutting off completely, and this happens at all pumps in every state and every brand of gas. Once you pump as much gas as the pump will allow you have to hold te throttle pedal down to the floor to get the car to start and then you have to feather the pedal to keep the engine running which causes the engine to race and is very dangerous.

Takata recall--I received a recall notice for the passenger side airbag in June of 2016. My complaint is with Ford's lack of response: A year and a half later they still have not provided repairs for this recall. A letter mailed in December 2017 said the remedy parts are still delayed. This is an unacceptable response.

Takata recall. Ford sent a safety recall notice dated December 2017, in regards to a passenger side airbag inflator: 16S26. In this letter, Ford tells me there will be no parts available until at a minimum of spring 2018, and word for Ford: "warning: Until remedy parts become available, do not allow anyone to sit in the first row passenger seat. The air bag could rupture during deployment in a crash and cause injuries or death. When the front row passenger seat is not occupied, the passenger air bag will not deploy, eliminating the risk." Ford customer service has stated there are no loaners due to this..just that I cannot have any passengers in my car. I do not feel safe for myself and my family, and find it ridiculous my only option is to not have any passengers. Ford needs to legally provide a rental car as they feel they don't need to assist the customers they are putting in danger.

Takata recall -this recall was communicated in July, 2016. Since then, I have contacted my local dealer numerous times. I'm being told that a replacement is not available. In December, 2017, I get another notice saying the airbags are defective and not to allow a passenger in the car. To wait over a year and still no resolution to the defect is unacceptable!

Takata recall- my son has received an initial replacement on the driver's side air bag. There was a fix before the part was available for the driver's side. However, the passenger side airbag remains a risk to any passenger that rides with him. There is currently no fix available. The recall began in June 2016 for the passenger side airbag. I do not want any of his siblings or friends riding in this vehicle until it is safe.
