Takata recall. We received notice in July of 2016 that there is a recall on our Mustang. It is now November 2017 and there is still no fix available. The letter stated that in the event of an accident, the air bag could rupture causing serious injury of death. We recently decided to trade the car in only to be told that because of the recall, the car can't be resold. So now we are stuck with a dangerous car until Ford decides this fix is important to their customers.
Takata recall Ford dealer informs me that the recall parts are not available. Ford Motor Company has sent urgent safety recall notice for both driver and passenger side airbags but only half of the problem has been corrected. What can I do next?

Takata recall I received a safety recall notice several years ago regarding my 2008 Ford Mustang. I have repeatedly called the dealer where I bought my car, as well as other dealers in my area trying to get the airbag replaced/repaired. All of the dealerships said they didn't have parts, that parts were on back order and would be in next few months. I got this same speech every time I called. I called my dealer at least once per month. Its has been over 2 years and my airbag has not been replaced. I have called Ford Motor Company several times as well. Last week a received a legal notice regarding takata airbag company filing chapter 11 bankruptcy. I am driving in a potentially dangerous car. I've had my car for 9 years. I have been trying to sell it or trade it in on a new vehicle for the last 2 years and have been unable to do so because no dealership or private buyer will trade or buy a car with an open safety recall. Also, Ford Motor Company advised me that it is illegal to sell a car with an open safety recall. Until I receive a replacement airbag, I am not able to sell or trade. All the while, my car is depreciating in value. This issue has created a personal and financial loss to me and is putting my life in danger when I drive the car.
The passenger frontal airbag inflator could rupture if the vehicle is involved in a crash where the supplemental frontal airbags are designed to deploy. This defect report is in response to takata dirs 16E-042, 16E-043, 16E-044. This defect report is in response to takata dirs 16E-042, 16E-043, 16E-044. I have tried to get this replaced at Ford in patterson ca a few times! no luck! please help I have kids in my car.
"takata recall" my airbags are defect. The driver's side was replaced by Ford dealership but the passenger side has still not been replaced so no one can ride in the passenger seat. I have went back to Ford dealership several times but I keep being told they do not have the parts to fix it yet. This has been going on for about a year now and so we cannot drive the car since it is dangerous for my wife to ride on the passenger seat.
Takata recall - apparently we are at the greatest risk of injury or death due to the age of the car and location in a high humidity area. The car cannot be driven safely. Please advise
Takata recall received recall notice July 2016, has been over a year, Ford keeps saying they do not have parts to fix and just to wait, knowing the airbags are dangerous and could cause injury or death. No damage or death yet however afraid to operate vehicle.

Takata recall: I've been waiting over a year to have this dangerous passenger side airbag replaced in my car. I'm frustrated that for some reason there isn't enough to fix all of the cars! I would like it fixed immediately.
Tamara recall - I got a recall notice mid 2016. I called my local dealer and was told they didn't have replacements. In the next 9 months, I serviced my car twice and was told both times they didn't have the parts, and I'd get a letter when they did. It's November 2017 and I've received no letter.
Takata recall, I received a letter for a factory recall for my passenger side airbag over a year ago. I have called the dealer ship twice and they informed me that I have to wait for Ford to contact me with a second letter. I think a year and a half is way to long to be waiting for a replacement.
