I have had to replace the fan housing on my truck twice since I cought it brand new in 99. Seems everything is fine and then I turn on the defrost or heater and I will get this strange noise that sounds like a piece of paper is caught in the fan. Twice I have had the housing replaced and it just started again, whats up with that!
