This is the second Smart Junction Box I had to have installed in 4 years (sorry didn't know about this site 4 years ago). It seems to occur when weather conditions have high winds and heavy rain. I don't believe the box is properly shielded from moisture. The expense to have this replaced every < 4 years is ridiculous. Come on Ford, better protect these expensive electronics.
