Takata recall. This recall was expected to start July 11, 2016. I have received no further information after the July 2016 recall notice 16S26. I would expect Ford Motor Company to do better!! I am filing a complaint because my air bag has not been replaced in a timely manner and I have received no correspondence from Ford other than the July 2016 letter almost a year ago.

Takata recall. The manufacturer has failed or is unable to remedy this safety recall for my vehicle in a timely manner. I received a letter from Ford in July of 2016. I called Ford right away because the letter was sent to my old address. I updated my address for any future correspondence. It has now been 7 months without any follow up. I am worried because I have heard of these airbags killing people. I am pregnant so I have another person to worry about.

Takata recall. I had to manually check my VIN to see it has a recall on it and have not been contacted by either of the two Ford dealerships (one is the one I purchased it new from) to schedule the replacement. It's almost been a year since it was listed as affected by the recall. This is unacceptable.

Takata recall this vehicle was involved in a single care crash that left the highway and went airborne and crashed into an embakment head on. Air bags inflated passenger received injuries to left wrist broken severe laceration on left hand broken right ring finger, broken rib left side and back. Compressed fractures of the vertibra wihich required hospitalization. Accident happened 08-18-16 driver was also injured.
