SSM 47930 - 2019 - Continental/F-150/Ranger/ - SYNC 3 With Navigation - Travel Link Data Missing
Some 2019 Continental, F-150, and Ranger vehicles may experience some of the Travel Link data missing when selecting the SiriusXM Travel Link app from the appsmenu. Data related to traffic list, movie listings, sports info, fuel prices, weather, and or ski conditions may not appear when selected. To resolve this concern, using the vehicles touch screen, perform a SYNC Master Reset by selecting settings > general > Master Reset. Note: performing a Master Reset will disassociate the customer’s phone from the Bluetooth and SYNC connect features if equipped.
