The vehicle did not pass emission testing due to fuel cap seal failure. The problem reoccured a year later and the consumer believes the vehicle has a design flaw.
Consumer was not able to fill tank to read full, it wlways cut off. Dealer replaced fuel pump, and filler cap. Currently, vehicle will not shut off when filling gas tank. Fuel will spill on consumer and ground. Also there is a high pitched sound when driving, dealer claims he cannot hear that.
