While pulling up to a drive thru, I braked to slow my vehicle. I slowly began to accelerate. Without warning, the gas pedal went to the floor. My engine revved to the max rpm's and shot off like a rocket. I immediately placed both feet on the brakes to no avail. The anti-lock brakes did not engage. I held on knowing, there was no way to stop! The truck I hit had a tail gate guard. My vehicle pushed it up, crushing my hood, fenders, radiator and such. My bumper escaped the accident. My vehicle did not register the accident. The sensors were not triggered. Therefore, my electronic so called black provided no information.

I contacted General Motors. GM sent a representative to examine my vehicle. He could not recreate the problem! Needless to say, GM denied my claim. I maintain my vehicle through our local GM dealer. I have had problems with my transmission, stabilitrack and abs lights coming on, check air bag light, steering column and rack replaced twice, water pump leak and a burning chemical smell they can not locate. GM is responsible! GM is fully aware they have produced defective vehicles with defective parts. I trusted GM! Now I feel betrayed them! GM has lost a life long customer!
