Summary: GM: TURN SIGNALS FLASH FASTER THAN NORMAL. THE CONDITION MAY OR MAY NOT BE DUPLICATED AND MAY AFFECT THE LEFT OR RIGHT TURN SIGNALS. IF THE CURRENT DRAW IS OUT OF RANGE IT WILL CAUSE THE TURN SIGNALS TO FLASH FASTER THAN NORMAL. *JS
