- the contact owns a 2004 GMC Canyon pick up truck. The trucks bed cap had a tinted window that caused the driver to crash due to poor visibility. There were no injuries. The dealer stated that the window was standard, a 31% tint was legal in all states. The cap also has a cautionary notice stating that no one should ride in the rear. The manufacturer of the equipment is leer, a division of truck accessories incorporated.
