While idling in park or in gear the engine will pulsate up and down. Tach will range from 600 RPM to about 800RPM during pulsating problem, however sometimes it will idle normal. Engine is a 6.6L turbo diesel with aftermarket exhaust and hi-flow cone AFE filter. I just purchased truck recently. The engine is very strong, but it�s my first time owning a diesel and not sure what to expect, what�s normal or abnormal? I have had the truck fully serviced and everything checks out ok.
