My 2019 Genesis G 90 has been in service for problems at least ten times. The trunk will not open by pushing the button inside the car or the button on my fob. They replaced everything at least once and many more times and still won't work. The seatbelt chimes randomly chimes for long periods of time while the seatbelt is fastened. They replaced the seatbelts but still does the random chimes, drives me crazy. The radio will randomly stop working for hours at a time. One day it would not work for 15 hours.

They blame it on the aftermarket sub and amp I had professionally installed. This problem started well before the amp and sub were installed, and I have that documented. Only once was I offered a G90 to drive during the times when my car was in the shop. They told me to please not put very many miles on the car. Then I was offered me to drive a Hyundai Accent during the times my car was being fixed. I was told and I was sold on getting a G 90 to drive anytime my car was being serviced. It was promised that I would get another G90 to drive. Yea right. I love the car but the problems are driving me crazy. To have their flagship car not working properly gets me very angry, especially when they cannot fix the problems and the money I paid for this car.
