The contact owns a 2021 Honda Accord. The contact stated while driving at undisclosed speeds, the vehicle lost motive power and stalled. The contact stated that the TPMS, Lane Departure, and power steering warning lights were illuminated. The contact was able to coast to the side of the road and restart the vehicle, sometimes after several attempts. The failure was intermittent. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who diagnosed that the fuel injector had failed. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure persisted. The vehicle was returned to the dealer and was diagnosed and determined that the high-pressure fuel pump had failed. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure persisted. The vehicle had not been repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 100,000.
