I purchased the 2025 Honda Accord Hybrid 3/01/25. I waited 3 years to purchase a new car! My prior car was purchased new in 2013. It was parked in the same garage for 12 years! I never had a rodent problem with my electrical wires! Before I made my 2nd payment on my new car I had the chewed wire problem and paid $447.50 for repair on 5/12/25 and asked if this was an ongoing problem! They said no that occasionally they see this! Well today 6/11/25 I have this problem again! I put out rodent poison and traps after the 5/12/25 repair! Soy based wire lubricants do not work! Honda needs to make a recall or absorb cost for this repair!
