CarComplaints.com Notes: The 2014 Honda CR-V has a trend of engine hesitation when accelerating.
Honda has tried to fix this delayed acceleration with a software update, but many owners report it didn't fix the problem.
This defect trend is not quite bad enough yet for us to slap on the "Beware of the Clunker" seal. But it's a concern & definitely something to keep in mind for a test drive.

Base model does not have a passenger armrest, the dealer said they would get one installed for us. But once we made the purchase the dealer said they would schedule a time to install it, then a week went by and they said I'm sorry we cannot install a passenger armrest in that vehicle.
This was extremely annoying, especially since the driver-side comes with an armrest and the passenger side does not. It just looks odd that way too! Also come to find out the EX model does come with armrests for both driver and passenger, so you'd think they could just install it easily... But no, they want to up-sell you to the next model.
JJ Products does offer a passenger armrest for 2012-2014 Honda CR-V LX Passenger Seat you can purchase and install for about $179 + $11 Shipping. It's not the exact match or exact color but it's very, very close and very difficult to tell the difference.
I hope this helps others, since I was searching for a solution for a long time other than having to trade-in and upgrade to the EX model, this seems to be the only best alternative.

This is not the only solution out there, there are other types of armrests you can install, larger ones and ones that open and store things as well.
