Vehicle impacted another auto that turned in front of it. Vehicle was traveling 35 mph. The vehicle was a total loss. Driver sustained neck injury and a concussion. Air bags failed to deploy.
Consumer was involved in a frontal collision in which driver's and passenger's air bags did not deploy, cause unknown. The collision impact powerful and the vehicle was totalled, but air bags failed to deploy.
While driving at 30 mph both airbags deployed, there was no pothole on road, did not hit bump either. Dealer told airbags do not deploy without a collision, and to see her insurance company.

While driving 40-45mph had a frontal impact, but driver's and passenger's airbags did not deploy, which won't protect the occupants in the crash. No prior problem with this system.
While driving about 35 mph consumer hit another vehicle on the right hand side. Upon impact, driver's side and passenger's side air bags didn't deploy.
