Really! Ugh, nothing worse than having a sticky wheel, tried cleaning, but just makes it worse. Never had a problem before, it started with a little stickiness, and now it's progressing to breaking down. 7 years old and it's decomposing. The rubber has just started going from sticky to falling apart, little black flakes are now starting to come off. Time for a wheel cover I guess. Disappointing, shame on you Honda!
