clear coat coming off

I bought this car from Tony Honda in 2015. Noticed a little spotting on the hood and trunk no less than 6 months after. At first I thought it was just water spots so i brushed it off. But after thoroughly cleaning it I noticed they were not removed even after clay/polish/wax. After a closer look I inspected and can see and feel that the clear coat seems to be failing in forms of small spots all over the hood and trunk. Keep in mind, these spots are ONLY located in those 2 regions. The Si comes with a spoiler and the spoiler does not have any of these spots. Not from this information I can safely say that what is happening is not from an external source (tree sap, bird droppings, etc.) because if so, wouldn't this be on my top fenders, roof? Spoiler? These are small dots, maybe like 3 mm in diameter but they are ALL over the hood and "trunk" area. I take care of my car. I wash it when needed, double bucket method, no harsh chemicals, and I never park under trees because I don't like anything falling on my car, even leafs.

I take my car down to Tony Honda to see if they can help me out because obviously this is something that shouldn't be happening on a 1 1/2 year old car right? I mean I had a Acura from 1996 which had ZERO paint problems like what I am going through with this brand spanking new car. The dealership manager was out the day I brought it and so I made an appointment for nothing, only so the guy helping me can take pictures (very bad pictures I might add, I do photography on the side)with this old point and shoot and tells me he'll update me. I get a call 2 weeks later saying that their "paint professional" looked at the pictures and determined it is from tree sap or bird poop. I mean, how can someone determine that through pictures? No help from the dealership, but at least I got it on record that I went down. I know for a fact this paint is gonna go within a year or two and I'll be back.

The best part of this is I know what they are telling me is false because I don't even park under trees. So unless a tree decided to sprout legs and walk over my car and carefully drop sap only on my hood and trunk making sure to miss all other areas I'm not convinced by their story. If anyone else has a 2015 or 14 dyno blue pearl car with paint defects speak up so we can get our cars repainted.
