Summary

Some 2023MY Venue (QX) vehicles may experience an “Oil Change” reminder in the instrument cluster without option to reset this function on the AVN (Audio Video Navigation) head unit. This bulletin provides the service procedure to resolve this concern by performing updates to the ICU (Integrated Central Control Unit) and/or the AVN head unit to apply necessary ICU CAN message logic.
