PE95 047, failure of door assembly welds: Vehicle experienced problem with driver's door welds breaking from the welds. Asking NHTSA to provide additional information on this matter.

Motor mounts on right side broke when a small bump was driven over. Torque pushed motor into fan shroud. Door weld broke on drivers door, causing misalignment shaft seal on transfer case ruptured, spraying transmission fluid on exhaust system.
The welds on the driver's side and passenger's side doors are cracked and broken, leaving the doors hanging low when open. Dealer has seen. Vehicle has not been repaired.
Driver's door fails to shut properly. Noticed hinges getting worse when door was opened. Would have to climb in from passenger's side to driver's side & vice versus. The top weld on door hinge had broken off.
Right hand side door upper bracket came off, unwelded. Door can fall off at any time. The only thing holding the door up is the bottom bracket. The truck is a right hand driving truck.
