once again trouble with fuel system. we had to drive 250 km to find a Jeep dealer who could diagnose the problem. they just cleaned the whole system.

this was the second time I had trouble with the fuel pump. finally a non-jeep mechanic identified the problem and the pump was replaced by a non Jeep pump. the operation cost me 12.5% of what jeep charged me a few years earlier and this new non-Jeep fuel pump is still going well.

this vehicle had given us lots of problem for over a year...engine cut out when you want to drive away...like cross a street and get stuck in the middle of a busy street. Jeep never found the problem before...blaming some sensor at the exhaust system. It was only fixed a long time later when they replaced a very expensive fuel pump. this problem came back later....
