Fuel gauge reads incorrectly. The consumer is concerned vehicle will shut off while driving because of inaccuracy. A recall 97V194000 was issued for the fuel sending units, however this vehicle was not included due to VIN.
Vehicle would run out of gasoline while gas gauge indicated a significant amount of fuel in tank. Dealership has not examined vehicle. Informed consumer that this vehicle was included in recall campaign 97V194002 due to VIN. Please provide any additional informatioin / documentation.
