I have been with a terrible noise from the front drivers side section from since a brake job was done by the dealer startin August 19th, 1999.first there was a squeeking sound right after pads were replaced. The vehicle was returned early September for correction and after second brake job done there was another terrible noise (worse than the first noise) when ever the brake is applied. I was given another appiontment to correct the job for the third time, and it still was not corrected. For 4 months I have been going to the dealer 2 times a month for the same problem.I have paid for the job 3 times from all these times. They have changd the world of parts and the noise is still worse than before. I normally leave the vehicle for as long as it takes, but the job cannot be corrected yet. At present the vehicle is at the dealer for the same brake job, and after five days of changing parts and the problem stiil persist, the dealer is calling me to sign and pick up the vehicle, and they will call me at some piont to return it when they have the correct tool to detect where the noise is coming from. This tool I was told by a rep was already odered from chrsler 2 months ago for an intrepid with same problem, but is yet to arrive in P.R. I am renting cars all the times and my vehicle would be returned to after 5 days some times from the dealer with job incomplete and a new appiontment to correct the problem which for 4 months cannot be solved. The final idea from the dealer is that we have been changing all these parts, and the noise still persist(greater). Take your vehicle and when we receive the necessary equipment from Chrysler they will call me to try again. I have risk my life and family life to many times by driving an unsafe vehicle, I refuse to accept the vehicle in that condition.sometimes when I can't afford anymore rental car both my wife and I ask friends to take us to and from work, becuase so many times we bring our vehicle to the dealer for the same matter.

Vehicle has had an on going problem since the 4th day after I bought it, it has a vibration at 55-65 mph. The tires have been balanced countless times, the drive shaft has been replaced the transfercase has been lowered, the wheels have been replaced, the tires were replaced, the transfer case has been overhauled countless times in at dealer to repair and still has not been corrected. Additionally brakes pads and rotors were replaced for a pulsation, transfer case output seal was replaced for a leak, and little odds and ends. ( dot number: Tire size: P225/75/15 )

While driving on ice rear brakes will not lock up, but keep spinning while the front brakes locked up, which may cause slipping, and could result in an accident. Dealer replaced front pads at 10,000. Then replaced the rear brake pads and cut the rear drums. Problem is still occurring. Please provide further information and VIN#.
