AC died only after a few years. Not worth the cost to repair and replace it.

This is the second vehicle that i own that has a bad evaporator. It is also a Chrysler product. So what gives with Jeep and Chrysler Corp. vechicles? I have talked to other owners and some of them also has had evaporators go bad. One only had 59,000 miles on his 1999 Dodge 3/4 ton truck. Something needs to be done about this on going problem. When you have to take medication and sunlight and heat bothers you it makes a big difference then. Please help, Ray
