While driving in the cold northeast winters my heat cuts out. No heat coming out of the vents. At times it kicks in then shut off. I reported it to the dealer when the car had less than 3000 miles and was told...” never heard of that issue” and there wasn’t any recalls.

This also affect the air in the summer.. air conditioning stops working. Mostly happens when engine is under some stress going up hills or slight inclines. Very annoying.

Someone told us to run the air conditioner in the winter to help the heating issue but that to me is crazy!

I took it in for other problems as well, told them it was the passenger side. Never thought to check it because I have since practically day one had minor and serious problems with the jeep.

Anyhow , they looked at the wrong side, never fixed it. I am going to try to save some time here since I am a little late at complaining to anyone that would listen.

they fixed it a after I had to take it back, waste my time having the vehicle 2 weeks, they gave a loaner. Then the driver side went out,, they fixed it and then I had problems again, but they kept saying there was nothing wrong with it. Finally I took it in, told them I wanted a loaner and would not be back until it was fixed.

Keep in mind other people saw all these little problems. Then the drivers side seat belt, out the blue would start beeping. No matter what I did except hold the seat belt where it came together could I get it to shut up. I held it coming home for over an hour. Never did it for them, nothing wrong with it. Again said here is my car where is my loaner, will be back when it was fixed. Keep in mind even strangers saw these problems as well as friends. They changed it out no problems. I am not doing these separate because I am more concerned about the serious problems. My back hatch is automatic, well about every 2 months push the button, clicks but does not open. Guy holding with 2 50 lb bags of dog food, saying not working again I guess. According to the dealer, nothing wrong because it does not do it for them.

Bottom line if there are no errors shown on the machine they apparently think is god, then there is nothing wrong.

I had to get this said minor or not . The next complaints are serious and I do not know what to do.

I live in Canada... once fall arrived, this was an issue. No heat... enough said.

Into the dealer twice... they replaced the heat core, blah, blah... eventually found that a tube was tangled. Went 3 weeks in a brand new car without heat... now it's fixed. I'm happy. Hope the solution helps anyone who happens to experience the same issue...
