Jeep is the worst, especially the 2015. I've never had so many problems with any other car as I have this Jeep. I will never buy another Jeep.

Cherokee Limited 3.2L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 58,000 miles

Since the past winter months, the Auto Start/Stop feature has worked only intermittently. For the past 2 months, it has not worked at all. It always says that the “battery is still charging”.

The dealer says that there are two batteries on this system and the problem is most likely a battery charge sensor on one of them.

Cherokee Trail Hawk 3.2L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 25,000 miles

The stop and start engine light keeps coming on and says that the system is unavailable. I hate that I have to push the button to disengage the stop and start system every time I get in the vehicle. Even when I have it disengaged the engine light still comes on.

Cherokee Latitude 3.2L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 46,000 miles

This has happened several times. Light goes out when you restart vehicle. A friends' did this and would not restart they tried a new auxiliary battery, working now but they are not sure that fixed the problem. We are afraid to drive ours until they figure it out. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!
