At highway speeds, there is a loud whizzing noise from passenger side lower windshield. It started about 2 weeks ago and the car is a year old with 18300 miles. Dealer said there is nothing that can be done to fix it and the car is operating as it was designed!!! The noise is so loud that you cannot speak over it. They calmly explained that the car was designed to operate under headwinds since that's "99%" of the conditions you drive under; the problem only exists under crosswind and is coming from the windshield wiper which is operating as designed. There is no fix. They weren't concerned. I called 1-800-Chrysler and they parroted exactly what the dealer told me. I asked to speak with the supervisor which of course is a 24 hr window. I have issue with #1 'no fix', #2 the car has 18300 miles on it and I just moved out of OKLAHOMA!!! No, never any wind there....yet I never had an issue until I moved to Utah??? PLEASE call the 800 number and enter a complaint. They need to fix THEIR DESIGN FLAW. I did not pay $58k for my Grand Cherokee Summit Diesel to not be able to talk inside.... Ridiculous!!!
