The contact owns a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated became aware that the upper leather instrument panel cover was delaminating and separating, causing bubbles in the instrument panel and making it difficult to see. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and the dealer stated that the vehicle was experiencing similar failure as stated in TSB: 23-036-19; however, the TSB expired. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and stated the vehicle was not included in the service under the TSB. The failure mileage was 123,000.
