Grand Cherokee Limited 3.2L V6

I was sitting in the car in the parking lot and was about to start the car and all of sudden the driver headrest suddenly popped open. It smacked me in the head. There was no accident or nothing unusual to cause it to happen. I am hoping there is a recall on this problem and it gets fixed, it was not my fault at all. Thank you.

Grand Cherokee Summit V6

Within a few weeks of purchasing my new 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summitt (top of the line), the driver's seat started popping and cracking in my back. This occurs when the vehicle comes to a stop, moves forward, turns left or right, or when I simply get out of the vehicle. I took it in and they said nothing was wrong, but that they adjusted the lumbar seat with the dial (I could have done that!). That didn't work. I took it in again today and I was told if I adjust to the lowest setting it will occur. If I adjust to the highest setting it will occur. To set it in the middle and that will stop it. What if I want it all the way one way or the other? At this price......! When I told them this is not a satisfactory fix, they told me "Well, that's just the way it is." Really???? So as I was pulling out of the dealership today, as soon as I turned right onto the highway it did it again. I called them and they said, well, did you adjust it like we said? I told them I thought they did it. So I adjusted it to almost NO lumbar support, which by the way, I paid for; and which by the way the salesman pointed out was a great feature, "You have lumbar support, see?" So when I got home and got out of the Jeep as I was leaning to get it out it popped again. I called them again and they told me I probably had it adjusted too high or low. They also told me that what I am feeling is wires in the seat. Concerning. I am wondering how this seat would hold up in a crash! I am going back again and again to document it before raising a product defect stink. Anyone else have this problem? I love the Jeep otherwise. But every time I feel that cracking and popping (daily), I hear, Cha-ching, cha-ching which is the $$ I am spending on a car note.
