I am besides myself with the grief and aggravation The Chrysler Allegiance Team has caused me and my wife. We are returning our car with only 19,000 miles after 3 years. The car is in mint condition, other than very minor wear and tear. As we were requested, we had a pre-inspection done. The gentlemen did his job and left, no conversation or explanation. I got the report a few days later, and had numerous questions and concerns about the validity of the report.
When I called the Allegiance Team, they simply read to me from a prepared script without any knowledge of any sort. All 3 agents that I dealt with, in my book, I would never hire. No understanding of my situation or concern about it, that there were items that were not correct. They told me I had no recourse. RIDICULOUS... there' always 2 sides to a story.
As a result of all of these issues, I went and cancelled my 3rd Jeep purchase. I can't possibly do business with a company that has such little concern for their consumer. I will not ever recommend Jeep to anyone I know. I am so disgusted over this situation because there's no one to talk to, never was offered a supervisor to discuss this with. They told me that the Inspection is the last word.
