4x4 went out. Mechanic said it'll cost $2,000 to repair. Not worth it; I'll just not drive it when it's snowing.

The 2002 Jeep has to be the biggest piece of crap ever made...just ahead of my 1998 Durango. Since I bought the Jeep new I have replaced: Air conditioning, air conditioning condenser coil, radiator, full brake job (twice), ball joints (twice), the front 4 wheel drive train (this will be twice), the fan and the resistor. And now...to go along with it, I currently have no interior lights, no radio, no power locks (unless the car is running). If you are even remotely thinking of buying a 2002 Jeep......RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THAT POSSESSED PIECE OF CRAP!
