Ltr in regards to the recall services on her 2002 Jeep Liberty; she is seeking reimbursement and recommendations on how to resolve repairs done to her vehicle. The consumer stated the vehicle has a bad vibration when coming to a stop. The consumer was told the tires needed to be balanced and rotated, however the consumer continued to feel the vibration after the work was done. The consumer was informed the brakes and rotors had rusted. The wiper blades were replaced. The drivers side speaker was making a rattling noise.
Complaint regarding recall on lower ball joints. The right front wheel of the vehicle had come off of the axle when the vehicle was backed out of a parking spot. Also, the container busted when the ball joints broke which could be in reference to the warning signal that the windshield wiper fluid was low. Recall #03V460000. Phone interview update (Oct 5, 05): The complainant's husband said that they did not recevie a recall notice.
Dealer replaced the front tires twice, and vehicle vibrated while driving at any speed. Also, headlights/ horn/windshield wipers, and the speedometer failed while driving the vehicle.
