Had put on OBM and said it is sensor on outside. Reset but came back on. They told me that Jeep had been wrecked. Took it back to Buretts where I bought it and they told me it was not and they weren't going to fix it. Can't get it inspected. Never buy another car from this dealer again. Don't know what I am going to do, still owe $12000 on car.

The unavailability of any Jeep dealerships to help and repair the car. I called seven dealerships up to 50 miles down the road and none could help. Furthermore, they simply do not care what the Jeep customer service people say. There is a massive problem between Jeep CS and their dealerships in terms of communication and agreement. Moreover the length of time for getting any resolution from Jeep CS when they know it is an urgent matter is quite shocking especially when I found a Fiat dealership (where I bought the Jeep) who is going through the process of becoming Jeep too and let s not forget they are part of FCA.... but they still not happy because it is not a Jeep dealership. I paid and I m not sure I will receive any money. Since then, three days later, once I am on my holiday in France with the car, the engine light is on and no one wants to know. STRANDED in France.

Problem 7 of 12: Just before a year was up, so approximately 52K miles on the odometer, the car cut out on the way home from work. The check engine light was on. I called the dealership, they said if it was a steady light, it was probably ok to drive it to them (not so, if it was blinking). It was steady, and I drove home. First thing in the morning, I drive to my local Goodyear shop where I have a credit card. The dealership had me convinced that nothing was covered ever again, so why even take the car that far away, and If I have to pay for this, at least I can finance it. The Goodyear shop said that it never had a known code and reset the check engine light. However, they stated that it was a “Permanent Code” so the dealership should still be able to see what was wrong. I got it to the dealership within the hour and they couldn’t find anything wrong. Code was gone, so nothing they can do.

Well I bought my jeep back in august or September 2015. I was really excited about buying my first new car. I am a daily driver and I commute about a half hour to work each day. I did buy the jeep new. It was built back in July 2015.

So a couple weekends ago my check engine light comes on and I freaked out, I seriously said about every curse word known to man in less than two mins time. Went to go have it checked and it was cold start rough idle or whatever. So I made the appointment to take it to the dealership to figure out what was going on with it. The lovely people at the desk said oh it is okay to drive with the light just as long as it isn't blinking. I told the lady that the damn light shouldn't even be on with a brand new car. so I didn't drive the car for a couple days. I was getting ready to take it to the dealership and the light magically went off. So I just okay fine I wont even bother with it and I have been driving it.

Fast Forward to yesterday 3/26/2016

I was going to my second job and the service 4 wheel drive light came on. my car has about 9500 miles on it and where I live we do experience bad weather but I did not have to use my 4 wheel drive at all this winter. So I just threw up my hands and said whatever. Got to my place of employment and decided well I am going to clean the car out. so I put the drivers seat up ( it is a power) so I could really clean the car. Went to put the seat back and the damn seat wouldn't budge. And it was up all the way to the point where I was not going to be able to drive the car. I looked at all the fuses and checked all the connections to see if I might have knocked them lose while vacuuming. So I ended up calling a tow truck to have it towed to the dealership. I get a call about a half hour later from the tow truck guy saying that my seat was working again. WTF?!?!?

After much thought I came to the conclusion that I am done with this horrid car. Tomorrow I am going to trade it in and be done with it.

Buyers beware this is a horrible car. And also the brakes are horrible.

I bought this car in July 2015. It spent three weeks in the shop last month for a bad body door module. This morning I start the car and the check engine light pops on with the parking brake idiot light. They, once again, tell me that they can't get me in until next week.

I have had this car 6 months on January 27 and it has spent almost a month in the shop already. I hate this car. I bought this car for reliability and I get trash. Because it is different problems it is not considered a lemon under the law. I am stuck paying out the nose for a blasted car that is ALWAYS in the shop.

Update from Jan 23, 2016: Took my car to the dealership today because the check engine light came on with a light that said "service the parking brake" and my cruise control was not working.

According to the dealership my clutch was falling apart and they were surprised that my car even started. They have ordered the part but have taped it together with two sided tape. Lights are now off. I am hoping my this car will not kill me.

check engine light on, won't engage in and

I went to start my Jeep and the check engine light was on, thought great. Then I went to engage it in AWD ( bc I live in Colorado, it snows a lot ) and guess what... Won't engage. I bought the manual bc I knew they would have issues with a 9 speed transmission but here I am in Colorado with no AWD still!! took it in and they cleared the codes and updated the comp system and at a stoplight 2 days ago and there comes the check engine light and no more AWD so it's back to the shop. Who's paying for my time and fuel for their bullshit product?! I know why now they took away their 5 yr 100,000 mile warranty and started the 3 yr 60,000 for the 2016 models, bc you sell junk with issues!!

Service engine light at 888 miles on the odometer. That's crazy. Not sure if it is significant or just a sensor because as of today (5 days later) I still haven't heard from the dealership (Airpark Jeep in Scottsdale).
