I've taken my car to BJ's twice to have new tires put on my car. They can remove the lug nuts because they are swollen or something. I called the Jeep dealer today where I purchases my new car to explain the situation. They tell me to bring the card in to have the lug nuts removed because the lug nuts were make poorly and they swell. To have them removed and replaced Jeep tells me is going to cost me in parts and labor - with a best case scenario of $170.00. Worst case is $275-425.00.
Are you f** kidding me??? I have to pay because a part you guys made sucks??? Who is this fair to? Me, your customer? You make the part, you should be able to take it off. So 3 years from now when I need to purchase more tires I have to pay for time AND have the lug nuts removed??? The is not good customer relations. I will speak to a lawyer about this.
