Only 13,400 miles I needed NEW brake pads and rotors. Not acceptable. Rotors were warped so badly the repairman said they wore uneven, like the rotors were not straight when they were put on by the factory. I showed the dealer (the service manager) the rotors and he had never seen anything like them for only 13k miles. He gave us a phone number to call and file a complaint, but never offered a refund of my money himself. In addition to this problem I had to replace the two front tires at 10k miles and the alignment was perfect so, nobody can say it was out of alignment. Air pressure is checked weekly. Also the rear seat dome light has not worked from day 1. I mentioned it to the dealer serviceman and he said the "oil changing guy was not qualified to look at the dome light", and that I had to make another apt and come back another day.
