My wife bought a 2017 Jeep Renegade from Napleton Jeep in Arlington Heights, Illinois. When she bought it she got the lifetime warranty. This past winter (2020-2021) the right fog light quit working and the lens turned brown. She took it to the dealership and they said it needed a new light bulb and also a new housing. It would cost her $350 to $400 dollars to fix. It has the lifetime warranty so why would it cost anything to fix it? This Jeep Renegade is the top of the Renegade line and should cost nothing to fix it with the lifetime warranty.
This is ridiculous, we are paying for the lifetime warranty every month and yet can't use it for something as simple as this. We'll never buy a Jeep or any other vehicle that is covered by the Chrysler warranty again.
