: the contact stated that the front driver side seat belt buckle failed to stay latched. During the failure, the vehicle was not in motion. The buckle would fit in the latch but would not click. The dealership was contacted and denied to repair the defect without charging for the repair. The contact expressed that a broken spring in the seatbelt latch may be the problem.

The front passenger's seat belt will not retract and will not restrain in an accident. The driver's side will not come out of the casing at all. This is the second set of seatbelts put in.
