Wrangler Sahara 4.0L

Vehicle hesitates once engine gets warm and you shut it off, then start the engine again and drive it hesitates from 1st to 2nd & 2nd to 3rd. Feels like it is not getting enough fuel. Hesitation will ease up when you let up on gas pedal
