The road conditions were bad. While consumer was traveling at 35 mph another vehicle turned into the consumer's vehicle, causing the vehicle to collide head on. Upon impact, the air bags did not deploy. Consumer and passenger sustained face, back, ribs, and chest injuries.

Was driving 20 mph consumer's vehicle was hit by another vehicle that was backing out of a garage. Upon impact, frontal air bags failed to deploy. Driver sustained injuries, and had emergency room treatment.
