How does such a popular, expensive vehicle have this type of problem?? I live in Western New York where the winters can be brutal so having little to no heat is unacceptable and makes me feel like I'm stuck with a piece of sh*t. JEEP NEEDS TO MAKE THIS RIGHT!!
