How does such a popular, expensive vehicle have this type of problem?? I live in Western New York where the winters can be brutal so having little to no heat is unacceptable and makes me feel like I'm stuck with a piece of sh*t. JEEP NEEDS TO MAKE THIS RIGHT!!

Buyer beware! This should be a recall, totally preventable with warning. The faulty part is no longer being installed. Shameful, and dangerous..... broken down on side of road with temps in teens, with young children. Very very disappointed in the Brand (this is my 4th personally owned and driven Wrangler, all purchased new)

We live in the warm part of British Columbia and bought the Jeep in northern Saskatchewan in Jan/13. It was cold and on the trip home it wasn't very warm but we thought it was just so cold that it would not heat up properly [first Jeep]. Now we are having cold weather here and I really notice lack of heat....And it seems to take forever to get some heat thru the vents. Do others have this same problem and what have they done about it?
