I will be installing the 4th radiator in my wife's Jeep soon due to a leaking radiator (not covered under power train 100k mile warranty). It always leaks on the driver's side where the plastic tanks are connected to the aluminum core. I found the actual manufacturer of the OE radiator, so I was able to replace the original for much cheaper. That one had a leak within the 1 year warranty, so I got the 3rd for free. However, it is a pain in the a$$ to do. The 3rd is now leaking (after a year) and I am looking into a better aftermarket (full aluminum) radiator, as there is clearly something wrong with the OE spec'd one. I have a friend who has been fortunate enough to get his 6th replaced under warranty!
