engine accelerated on its own (gas pedal down by itself)
Driving on the freeway, at 65 -70 mph, the gas pedal went down all by itself. I tapped the brake several times and the gas pedal released. This happened twice on this same day. It has not killed anyone yet, but it has the potential of KILLING people.
Update from May 1, 2016: On March 16, 2016, my wife took the vehicle to work so she could drop it at the dealer on her way home. The gas pedal went down on its own THREE times on her way to work!!
Update from May 1, 2016: Took it to the dealer on March 16, 2016. The dealer claims they cannot find the problem, nor have they done anything to try to fix it. The car still sits at the dealer today!!!
