play in steering wheel when in 4 wheel drive only
I went to the Dealer to get my 20,000 miles check up, and a Oil Change. No issues before I went to the dealer, 4 wheel drive working great in the snow, steering great, I just wanted an oil change, and check up. The Jeep Wrangler is 2015 and still under full warranty. In Addition to the Oil Change, they Rotated the tires, replaced a heat shield and screws that, they said we rattling and rusted, but not covered under Warranty. The total cost with Fuel Injection cleaner was over $400.00.
A few days, after the service, it snowed again, and I had to use my 4 Wheel drive, and when I did my Jeep was all over the road, the steering wheel had a lot of play in it, but only in 4 wheel drive. Went back in 2 wheel drive and the steering was good again.
I hope when I take this NEW JEEP in I DO NOT GET JERKED AROUND! Because that dealership will make nation news. I do not car who reads this, because it will happen. Getting tired of buying an expensive SUV and having it be a hazard on the road.
