First - I called Chrysler's "Roadside Assistance" number from the manual that came with the Jeep. Took forever but finally got through. Very nice person. 5:45 p.m. dispatched tow truck. I waited until 10:00 p.m. for it to arrive. I did call several times again, and every person I spoke to was nice, however, I am unsure as to the reason they had for calling someone an hour away from me to tow my car 20 minutes in the opposite direction to a town that also has tow trucks available???? ANYWAY....

My 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited is my baby! I LOVE this vehicle! It's my second one. I don't mistreat them, so when I was driving home yesterday and my heat light came on and the bell warning started, I was confused. It was just in for service about a month ago for an oil change. I happened to be about 500 feet from a truck stop when it happened, so I turned in and cut the engine off. It was HOT! Called my husband and he came to check it out. We live 30 minutes from where I broke down so it had cooled off a little by the time he got there. I started it for him and everything from the radiator just gushed out onto the ground. I turned it off and called for a tow. Today they told me the radiator is shot, it's NOT covered by my warranty, gonna be $500 to fix it. 3 class action lawsuits and I STILL have to pay for it? So frustrating!!!! Still love my Jeep, just not Chrysler.....
