The contact checked underneath the vehicle and became aware that there was a fuel leak running down the length of the fuel supply line and was dripping on the driveway. The contact had not taken the vehicle to a local dealer; however, the contact called the dealer and was informed there were no available appointments for two months. The vehicle had not been repaired and had not been driven. The contact researched online and related the failure to NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V665000 (Fuel System, Gasoline) however, the VIN was not included. The manufacturer had been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 32,500.
