If you have a 2 door vehicle built after 8/6/2019 with an EZ entry handle that is loose or appears broken, please call FCA Redacted Content prior to replacing any parts. If no response in 15 minutes, proceed with repair. EZ entry handle mounting bracket may have grease present which may have damaged the plastic of the EZ entry handle. Thoroughly clean mounting bracket of any contamination prior to installing a new EZ entry handle as outlined in Service Bulletin 23-002-20.
