The controls on the steering wheel work randomly. When they do work the volume up makes it go down and vice versa and the same for changing the channels. Or sometimes if using the volume or channel changer it makes the hands free phone come on. This all started last summer not too long after I got my car back from having my engine replaced. It went out in late March and the starter also caught fire at the same time. I was wondering if the starter catching on fire had something to do with the issue I am having.
