I bought this car new in July of this year. When driving under 40 mph and taking your foot off of the accelerator, the transmission "hangs up" in gear and then downshifts one and sometimes two gears. It will not coast! The dealer said there were no transmission codes and they drove another car like mine and it does the same thing. They say this is normal. Why would any manufacturer program their car to do this? It just wastes fuel! I really like this car but this problem is making me think of trading it off.
